Safety

Bob Krewett

Director of Safety

Bob has been a part of the Integra team since it’s beginning serving as the Director of Safety. In addition to being our director, he is certified as an outreach instructor with the United States Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration Training Institute. Bob also serves as an instructor for the Construction Management Department at Oklahoma State University in the areas of job site safety standards.

Bob monitors and verified compliance with company safety policies and site-specific safety requirements by daily observation of job site management staff. This is supplemented by random job site safety inspections. Bob identifies potential project-specific hazards for each individual project, then, along with the operations team, agrees upon means and methods to eliminate, reduce and/or adequately manage any potential hazards. All project field employees are made aware of site-specific safety procedures and concerns through daily operational “quarterback meetings,” and weekly safety meetings; both of which are conducted by Bob and the project management staff. Bob is included in the pre-construction planning phase along with the operations team.

We consider safety protocols from start to finish of every project. Our safety plans are always part of the first phase of our process as we work on bidding out a project. Every employee on our team is required to adhere to the highest levels of safety protocols.
